We’re here for health – you can be too

TransHub is an initiative from ACON, NSW’s leading health organisation specialising in community health, inclusion and HIV responses for people of diverse sexualities and genders. In April 2019, ACON released the landmark document, A Blueprint to Improve the Health and Wellbeing of the Trans and Gender Diverse Community in NSW.
One of the key priority areas that emerged throughout our extensive consultation process was the need for clear and easy information about gender affirmation and health for trans and gender diverse people in NSW.
